Service information
Understand your purchase, your integration, and your data.
How access works
Create a free account to test simulated requests in the sandbox. A paid plan unlocks live API access and your website widget. Link your own WhatsApp account by scanning a QR code before sending live messages. This is an independent service using whatsapp-web.js; it is not the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.
Payments and activation
Choose a plan and check its exact PKR total before transferring money through NayaPay. USD plans use the displayed conversion rate. Any service fee appears separately at checkout. The saved order keeps its original rate, fee, receiving account, and total. Submit the transaction reference after payment. Access starts after the administrator verifies receipt and approves your order.
Monthly access lasts one calendar month from approval. Renewals require a new payment; there are no automatic debits. Lifetime plans have no scheduled expiry. Features and limits are listed with each plan and saved with the purchase. Message allowances reset at the beginning of each calendar month in UTC.
Payment issues
For an incorrect transfer, duplicate payment, rejected order, or refund request, contact support with your order ID and transaction reference. Refund requests are reviewed by the administrator and any money returned is handled separately through the payment provider. Changing access in the dashboard does not itself transfer money. Never share your NayaPay PIN, OTP, or WhatsApp verification code.
Account and message data
The service stores your account details, password hash, orders, API key hashes, session information, message history, support conversations, and audit records. Saved WhatsApp connection credentials allow you to reconnect. Authorized administrators can manage accounts, orders, sessions, and support. Media attachments are forwarded to WhatsApp rather than saved in the message database.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your configured webhooks receive the events you enable. Live messages are processed through WhatsApp, and opening a website widget takes the visitor to WhatsApp. The server obtains currency rates from ExchangeRate-API without sending customer payment details. Data is retained in the service database and operational backups; contact support for account or data requests.
Use your integration responsibly
Only connect accounts you control and contact recipients who have agreed to receive your messages. Keep secret API keys on your server. The public embed code contains a widget ID and opens a conversation; it does not send a message automatically. WhatsApp connection availability depends on the linked account and provider. Test your intended workflow before relying on it for customer communication.
